Sinai Pubs, Clubs & Lounges GuideThe definitive list of some of the most famous (and infamous) pub crawls in Sharm, Dahab & Nuweiba, complete with survival tips, maps and reviews. as well as links to menus, promotions and happy hours information

Sinai offers a wide selection of bars, pubs & lounges to suit every budget, mood and taste. From traditional style pubs and bars like The Tavern and Camel to the more upscale and expensive places like Little Buddha and the 5 star hotel bars.

If you would like to add your favourite venue, to our guide, then click here and send us the information.

Camel Bar & Roof Top

Probably the most well known watering hole in town its prime location in the heart of Naama Bay guarantees most people will enjoy a beverage or two during their stay in the town. A comfortable and friendly place where peanut shells are discarded with wild abandon on the floor, Camel Bar is a great relaxed place to meet after work or to start or end a night out. The newly styled roof top bar has great views of the town and coastline and guests can enjoy its more contemporary décor. Open till late.

Dune

Naama Bay’s newly refurbished late night lounge serving cocktails to international standards and enjoy the comfortable leather sofas teamed with rustic walls and soft contemporary lighting. With their regular entertainment programme and UK Resident DJ ‘Dune’ have something to offer everyone looking to dance the night away. Open from 10pm till late.

Ocean Bay Hotel (Naama Bay) +20 69 3601012

Little Buddha

Image2005 saw the opening of the Little Buddha at the Naama Bay Hotel. Its style is unique to Sharm with its sense of grandness and its bold and larger than life styled interior. Prices are steep for essentially the same drinks you can get anywhere in town, the food is to be complemented but priced for oversees guests rather than most residents. It’s a great place to take clients, a special occasion or to treat yourself at the end of the evening. Music and dancing til late. For more information  www.littlebuddha-sharm.com

Mayday Lounge

Mayday Chill out lounge ‘Dahabian’ style in Aida/Hadaba area Forouseya Street next to Seasoul diving in between El Fanar Street with City Council Street.  Outside seating area with comfy cushions and low tables.  Draft beer, wi-fi, and casual menu with sandwiches, pizza and salads.  Open 8.00am till .  Tel: 0123398317

Oasis Roof

The hottest nightspot in town, a spectacular rooftop venue overlooking Naama Bay open from Sunset till midnight offering a wide range of Mexican and International dishes, cocktails and a wide range of international spirits. Warm and relaxing atmosphere under the Sinai stars with live bands on a weekly basis and resident UK DJ playing house and smooth grooves.

Ocean Bay Hotel (Naama Bay) +20 69 3601012

Phoenix Bar

A rooftop venue offering a relaxed ambient atmosphere with a comfortable contemporary feel under the Sinai stars, perfect venue for meeting friends, smoking shisha without the hustle and bustle of town. Extensive International cuisine and themed food nights available throughout the week.

Ocean Club Hotel (Hadaba) +20 69 3664301

Pirates Bar

Possibly the oldest divers hangout in town. Located at the Hilton Fayrouz hotel these walls could tell a tale or two of the many years of drinking done here by the original Sharm folk when there was no where else to go.  Still a great place for lunch and cozy drink at the end of the day. RUSH - Dahab

Rush seems like a contradiction in terms when everything about Dahab lends itself towards being relaxed, chilled out and peaceful (man..).  Rush is one of Dahab's newest bars that is attracting a regular crowd around its pool bar.  Well liked for its Friday Night parties.

Sadiki Cafe'

Sadiki Cafe' has a fantastic location in Hadaba on the cliff over looking Temple dive site. The open air bar is best enjoyed on non- windy evenings and is also great at the end of a Winter afternoon when you can enjoy watching the stream of boats heading back to the marinas. Here you can enjoy Shisha and a menu of pizza and pasta. Its only downside, is there are no toilets!.

the 1st floor

A relaxing and contemporary atmosphere serving a wide selection of wines, food to share, WI-FI, Newspapers, Plasma screens and weekly live entertainment, with breathtaking views of Naama Bay. Open from Midday to Midnight.

Ocean Bay Hotel (Naama Bay) +20 69 3601012

The Furry Cup - Dahab

The Furry Cup is located at the Blue Beach Club along the northern end of the Promenade and is well frequented amongst locals and visitors alike. Inside its cozy sofas are great for small groups and the outside conservatory has a little less smoky atmosphere and is a little less boisterous (or you can always sit by the pool). You could also take your Radox as quite mysteriously there is a bath tub in the loos.

The Tavern

The Tavern is located in the heart of Naama Bay behind the supermarket on Prince Abd Allah Street.  In the style of a traditional pub and sports bar The Tavern has become popular amongst both locals and tourists for its Big Screen Sport, DJ's five nights a week and Karaoke on a Friday.  Friendly staff, good prices and pub grub...what more can you want?

Tota - Dahab

Tota is one of the oldest bars in Dahab and located right in the middle of the main beach promenade. Tota is disguised as an old boat which provides shelter from the elements in windy weather and plenty of seating on the beach in calmer climes. By day it offers a full menu of snacks and meals and you can challenge friends on their full size pool tables. By night it is a lively place to hangout for a party atmosphere.
